Kroger
The Kroger Co. operates 2,750 grocery retail stores, making it one of the largest retailers in the United States. As Kroger’s Social Agency of Record, ISL was tasked with managing 13 of The Kroger Co.’s grocery store brands’ social media presences on a daily basis. This included content production and management, community management and engagement, and reporting and analysis. It also included the conceptualization and creation of quarterly seasonal campaigns.
I served as the creative director for the three campaigns shown below — Cheer Challenge, Summer to Remember, and Taste of Italy. For each of these campaigns, I was responsible for leading the campaign concept and design, directing the photo and video shoots, and directing the final content outputs.
My Role
My time working on the Kroger account challenged me in new ways and introduced me to the world of content creation. Though each production had its own unique set of challenges, working on these campaigns was fulfilling and fun, and I learned an immense amount about video production. Kroger allowed us to push boundaries and bring to life social campaigns that were creative, fun, and had a touch of whimsy.
