Cuisine Solutions

Cuisine Solutions is a B2B brand that specializes in the sous-vide method of cooking and meal preparation. They provide premium food for airlines, hotels and the military, as well as consumer facing products via partnerships such as Starbucks, Dunkin, and Panera.

HZ served as Cuisine Solutions’ AOR in an 11 year partnership. During that time, we started with a corporate redesign and evolved into content development, packaging design, digital design, event design and planning, along with multiple sub-brand developments.

In late 2019, my team was tasked with conceptualizing and planning a content shoot for 2020’s International Sous Vide Day. The theme for the event was “The Art of Sous Vide.” With minimal budget, we planned and executed a 1-day shoot in our own studio. From the photos and videos captured, we produced a month’s worth of original social content to promote ISVD 2020 across Cuisine Solutions’ Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter channels.

My Role

Creating original content at this scale was something I learned at ISL, and I was challenged to bring it to life as a “product offering” at HZ. The end result was something we dubbed “Studio Day.” The offering included 1 day of studio shooting plus 1 day of pre-production set-up. We promised to deliver 10+ original and unique social assets, both animated and stills, along with additional supplemental pieces such as GIFs and photos.

This content shoot for ISVD is one of my favorite examples of Studio Day coming to life and being executed wonderfully. It’s also one of the shoots I had the most hands-on involvement in, and it delivered something our client could be proud of and excited about. Plus, it was food! Food and Beverage clients remain one of my top industry favorites.
